Postdoc position on Antarctic ice-shelves (Pasadena, California)

JPL is seeking an early career scientist for a Postdoctoral position at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, USA. The scientist will work within the ISSM (Ice Sheet and Sea-Level System Model, https://urldefense.com/v3/http://issm.jpl.nasa.gov;!!KGKeukY!g2c-XYXleHKxoKXtUq1m4coKGXl9yo79spc5DgA2Z4IzblmKsrmqbfyLGQ6IUwA5nMM$ ) team to apply machine learning towards identification of rifting and calving features in Antarctic ice shelves, as well as to use the resulting dataset towards calibration and/or hindcast validation of ice-sheet mass balance projections.
